Wahjudi Prakarsa is the founder of Center For Corporate Leadership (1993) and Indonesian Society of Commissioners (2001).
He held former positions as an Independent Commissioner in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (2002-2013), PT Ever Shine Textile Tbk (1992-2016), PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (2010-2014), PT Asuransi Sinar Mas (2009-2016), PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, and PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk (2009-2012).
Dr. Prakarsa is also a Professor Emeritus-Economics Faculty at the University of Indonesia.
He received his doctorate from the University of Missouri in 1980, his MBA from the University of Wisconsin in 1974, his undergraduate degree from The University of Colorado in 1972, and another undergraduate degree from the University of Indonesia in 1968.
Dr. Prakarsa is also the founder of Corporate Leadership Development Institute.
