MTI All Outdoor IP Radio Wins Prestigious "2014 Taiwan Excellence Award"

(MTI) announced that its newly developed 6-38GHz New Generation Point to Point Microwave All Outdoor IP Radio has been selected as the winner of "2014 Taiwan Excellence Award". All Outdoor IP Radio was chosen out of the 1,281 entries competing in the 22nd Taiwan Excellence Competition. A presentation acknowledging this achievement will be given by TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) at the award ceremony in April 2014.

The launch of MTI 6-38GHz New Generation Point to Point Microwave All Outdoor IP Radio provides a new generation backhaul solution for 4G (LTE/WiMAX) mobile network. This new MTI product integrates IDU and ODU into one box enabling it to match easily and perfectly with MTI or other companies 4G RF Transceiver module or network equipment by all outdoor and Ethernet interface design.

Based on the combined technology of microwave core, digital modulation, software and precision machine, MTI has successfully developed this 6-38GHz New Generation Point to Point Microwave All Outdoor IP Radio, the first 100% all outdoor radio in Taiwan with a throughput up to 1Gbps.
