RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of China Rundong Auto Group Limited (the ''Company'') hereby announces that Mr. Zhou Jian (''Mr. Zhou'') has tendered his resignation as a joint company secretary of the Company (''Joint Company Secretary'') due to adjustment to work arrangement with effect from July 6, 2017.

Mr. Zhou confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters in relation to his resignation as the Joint Company Secretary that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Following Mr. Zhou's resignation, Ms. Ho Siu Pik, the other Joint Company Secretary, will serve as the sole company secretary of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhou for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service as the Joint Company Secretary.
