Prismaflex International : Open day at Prismaflex

As a large format digital printer for over 30 years in the Monts du Lyonnais region near Lyon, Prismaflex International has continued to nurture close ties with the local community. In partnership with the Monts du Lyonnais tourist office, the compagny organisaed its second consecutive open day last Tuesday.

'We are delighted to offer the public the opportunity to discover a company such as Prismaflex. This explains the attraction of such visits, particularly for locals who are somewhat intrigued by the international profile of this firm. Three groups of 15 were shown around by Mr. VALLEY, a sales manager, and the Managing Director Mr. DELMOTTE. They discovered the various stages in the printing process, from the reception of the material, to the digital printing process, quality control, finishing and finally the shipping…

'The public were surprised by the size and scope of the company and few of them knew much about the company's activity. They were impressed by the number of printers, they didn't know anything about the home décor activity and the articles they can order directly on-line (www.scenolia.com). They were amazed by the diversity of the products and the number of subsidiaries worldwide. Everyone enjoyed getting to see and understand the activity and international dimension of this very local firm.'
