PAYMENT OF 2019 INTERIM DIVIDEND

IN HONG KONG DOLLARS

On 29 August 2019, the board of directors (the "Board") of Xiabuxiabu Catering Management (China) Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announced the interim results of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2019 and declared the payment of the interim dividend of RMB0.062 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2019 (the "Interim Dividend") to be paid out of the Company's share premium account to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on

15 October 2019 (the "Eligible Shareholders").

The Interim Dividend is declared in Renminbi and is payable in Hong Kong dollars, the exchange rate of which is calculated based on the rate of exchange as quoted to the Company by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited as its middle rate of exchange prevailing on 15 October 2019. The relevant rate of exchange quoted by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited on 15 October 2019 at about 4:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) is RMB1 = HK$1.12. Accordingly, the amount of the Interim Dividend payable in Hong Kong dollars will be approximately HK$0.069 per share. It is expected that the Interim Dividend will be paid to the Eligible Shareholders on or about 24 October 2019.
