SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO THE FORMATION OF A JOINT VENTURE

Reference is made to the announcements of China Water Industry Group Limited (the "Company") dated 23 December 2019 (the "Announcement") and 25 December 2019. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is hereby to provide the further information on the identities of the ultimate beneficial owners of Yingtan Sanhao. To the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief having

made all reasonable enquiries, the entire equity interest of Yingtan Sanhao is beneficially owned by Yingtan Sanhui Trading Co., Ltd.* ("Yingtan Sanhui")（鷹潭三匯貿易有限公司）and Jiangxi Sanchuan Investment Co., Ltd.* ("Jiangxi Sanchuan")（江西三川投資有限公司）as to 49% and

51%, respectively. While the ultimate beneficiary owner of Yingtan Sanhui are Jiang Xiaoying （江小英）and Liu Wei（劉薇）which hold Yingtan Sanhui as to 90% and 10% respectively. The

ultimate beneficiary owner of Jiangxi Sanchuan is 100% held by Jiangxi Sanchuan Group Co., Ltd.* （江西三川集團有限公司）. Each of above-mentioned beneficial owners of Yingtan Sanhao is an

Independent Third Party.

Save as disclosed above, all other information and content set out in the Announcement remain unchanged. This supplemental announcement is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with the Announcement.
