The Tallinn city council on Feb. 5 adopted the detailed spatial plan for the land plot located at 74 Paldiski Road in Tallinn belonging to Kodulahe II OU, a subsidiary of listed real estate developer Arco Vara AS.

The new address of the plot will be 4 Lammi Street. The detailed spatial plan assigns the building rights for the construction of an apartment building with commercial spaces, one underground level and up to four levels above ground, as well as a one-story pavilion, Arco Vara informed the stock exchange.

Kodulahe II OU has been also granted building rights for the construction of a new driveway and a cycle and pedestrian track.

The size of the land plot is 9,525 square meters and the expected gross building area is 11,700 square meters above ground and 6,000 square meters underground.
