UNAUDITED OPERATING FIGURES

FOR THE MONTH ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2020

The board of directors (the "Board") of Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that for the month ended 29 February 2020, the sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") was approximately RMB1,003 million. The corresponding gross floor area sold was approximately 86,109 sq.m.. The average selling price was approximately RMB11,648 per sq.m..

For the two months ended 29 February 2020, the accumulated sales of the Group was approximately RMB2,392 million. The corresponding GFA sold was approximately 203,917 sq.m.. The average selling price was RMB11,730 per sq.m..
