DATE OF BOARD MEETINGS

The boards of directors of Jinmao (China) Investments Manager Limited (the "Trustee-Manager" , as trustee-manager of Jinmao Hotel (the "Trust" )) and Jinmao (China) Hotel Investments and Management Limited (the "Company" ) (collectively, the "Boards" ) hereby announce that the meetings of the Boards will be held on Tuesday, 24 March 2020 for the purposes of considering and approving the annual results of the Trust, the Company together with its subsidiaries and the Trustee-Manager for the year ended 31 December 2019, considering the payment of a final distribution, if any, and transacting any other business.
