Takaoka has a wealth of experience and a wide range of insights as corporate executive and leading expert in the field of marketing in Japan, having driven management and contributed to the development of the business as President and CEO of Nestlé Japan Ltd. for many years. We believe that his significant insights and support for management from a highly independent and broad perspective, as well as advice on the execution of marketing operations, will bring an enhancement of the corporate value of CyberAgent group. Therefore we would like to request an appointment of Kozo Takaoka as an independent outside director.
