Bank Mandiri said its net profit for the first quarter grew 9.4% from a year earlier, driven by higher revenues.

The Indonesian lender reported net profit of 7.92 trillion Indonesian rupiah ($410 million). Revenue grew 24% to IDR7.74 trillion.

The bank said that it would launch online digital services and lower interest rate caps on credit cards, minimum payments and late payment penalties for customers in response to the Covid-19 crisis.
