In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares, Sioen Industries nv informs that within the frame of the share buyback program, as announced per 27/05/2020, the following transactions took place in the period from 09/07/2020 till 16/07/2020 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 24/04/2020 :

Within the frame of the share buyback program, a block of 7.500 and another block of 5.000 Sioen-shares have been purchased on 09/07/2020 with the value of 16,90 € per share. On 13/07/2020, a block of 17.931 Sioen-shares have been purchased with the value of 17,20 € per share.

After the transactions mentioned above, the total number of own shares (within the frame of the share buyback program) amounts to 156.173 on the date of 17/07/2020.
