International stocks trading in New York closed mostly higher on Wednesday.

The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts was flat at 159.84. The European index edged down 0.3%, to 153.45. The Asian index ticked up 0.5%, to 186.08. The Latin American index rose 0.8%, to 214.28, while the emerging-markets index advanced 0.7%, to 312.21.

AirNet Technology was among those whose ADRs traded actively.

The air travel advertisements business climbed 6.6% after it entered into a termination agreement with Unistar Group Holdings, Northern Shore Group Limited, Herman Man Guo and Dan Shao regarding the investment agreement the parties entered into in April 2022.

Materialise retreated 7.4% after the additive manufacturing and medical software provider posted a loss in its latest quarter.
