'Golden Dragon Cloud' System, First-Ever in the Industry

As the industry's first-ever, deep-integrated urban rail integrated service cloud product, the 'Golden Dragon Cloud' system uses a highly integrated cloud solution to break the original weak current system architecture and realizes business function granulation, infrastructure isomerization, virtual software diversification, integrated management intelligence, and professional application plug-in through re-integration and construction and deep integration, which can be called a hyper-converged cloud. The system integrates more than 20 subway working systems, including the automatic monitoring system of the signal trains, into the cloud. And through horizontal expansion, the system can be integrated into the network cloud and connected to different lines of IT-structured clouds. 4 patents and 26 software copyrights have been applied for as regards the system, with the European standard SIL2 certification obtained as well.

'Intelligent Control All-in-One Machine', the Core Hardware

The 'Intelligent Control All-in-One Machine', the core data device of the 'Golden Dragon Cloud' system, finally removed its mysterious veil at the exhibition and made it public for the first time. The design and application of the intelligent control integrated machine breaks the independent processing, vertical design and horizontal limitation mode of each system in the original subway system, reduces the intermediate level, practices unified management, and truly realizes multi-system integration. The electrical interface and communication interface of the intelligent all-in-one device can meet various requirements for information collection, storage, processing, control, exchange and upload of various on-the-spot devices at all whole stations. All units have self-diagnosis function and can position the malfunctions to the board level. At the same time, the intelligent control all-in-one machine has independent processing capability, that is, when it gets out of the center, it can operate independently to meet the needs of emergency operations. As a new cross-sector and interdisciplinary system, the intelligent control all-in-one machine truly realizes trans-disciplinary data processing.

'Full-electronic Computer Interlocking System', Cutting-edge in China

The full-scale electronic computer interlocking system, applicable to the metro industry and cutting-edge in China, was showcased at the exhibition for the very first time. This system abolishes the old-fashioned gravity relay used by domestic railways and railroad traditional interlocking system, and brings the interlock execution unit into the whole security certification system. Since there is no gravity relay as a transition between the execution unit and the local equipment, the system failure points are reduced, and the maintenance workload is reduced during routine maintenance. At the same time, due to the elimination of the gravity relay cabinet, the area of the interlock system in the equipment room is substantially reduced, reducing the floor area by two-thirds compared to the use of traditional method. The system is good at the diagnosis of malfunctions, can locate malfunctions fast and accurately, and can directly locate the malfunction board, thus reducing the malfunction finding time and recovering the normal operation of the system at the fastest speed. Certified by the European standard SIL4, the system features high security, high reliability and high availability. It also features flexible configuration, maintainability and low investment cost. At present, the system has been applied in more than ten projects such as subway, tram, mine and railway and has been recognized by customers. The full-scale electronic computer interlocking system can be regarded as a system with the most performances in China.

'Digital Multimedia Platform Door', Favorite for Operation

The platform-door products in the booths have attracted the attention of people from the industry. The highlight is that the product can directly use the fixed door glass as a digital media carrier, so that every platform door that the passengers face when waiting for the bus will become a platform for subway companies to make ads to make money. Thanks to the use of high-tech materials, it is possible to make full use of the large viewing angle range of the door glass of the platform door and the rich image expression and substitution feeling to attract the attention of passengers, thus greatly realizing the advertising display effect. The new platform door also has very good operation and maintenance advantages. The PTE device can display the running status and malfunction information of the equipment, and can view the running dynamic data in real time. It can set various parameters, switch door speed curve and operation mode, and it is portable, easy to operate and interface-friendly. Two sets of completely independent PEDC units on each side of the platform are used for the control, forming a true thermal redundancy configuration, free to switch between automatic and manual control modes. The platform door exhibited this time is a prototype equipment that has passed millions of fault-free tests, which is exactly the same as the actual equipment assembled on Kunming Rail Transit Line 4.

'Intelligent Track Board Pavement Fine Adjustment Equipment', a Wonderful Device

The booth also exhibited the model of the prefabricated track bed intelligent pavement fine adjustment equipment invested by UCD in 2017. The equipment has obtained 6 utility model patents and has reached the advanced level in China after being proved by industry experts. . Many of the audiences who watched carefully came from the track construction enterprises and greatly sang praises of the equipment. The device adopts factory production to improve the prefabrication precision. Through six-dimensional precision adjustment, the construction precision can be controlled within 0.5mm, and the single track plate working time can be reduced to 10 minutes, and each device can complete the fine adjustment of the track plate by more than 150 meters. The intelligent construction equipment is flexible and can adopt the same operation system of the same direction, opposite direction and multiple working faces. While improving the construction progress, it also reduces the number of on-the-spot construction personnel by more than one third, thus greatly improving the efficiency of the paving operation and the economical efficiency of the operating cost. The set of intelligent construction equipment is used to support the operation of the trackless door crane, and the trackless door crane has been sold to the Nanning Metro and has been fully recognized by the latter.
