SAO PAULO, Feb 29 (Reuters) - Brazil Finance Minister Fernando Haddad said on Thursday a joint communique over the G20 group of the world's largest economies meeting was not possible.

He told journalists consensus was reached in financial topics, while there was different opinions among countries regarding conflicts.

Sources had told Reuters earlier on Thursday G20 major countries failed to agree on a joint statement amid deep divisions over the wars in Gaza and Ukraine, prompting host Brazil to prepare its own document to sum up talks.
