Description | E.A. TECHNIQUE (M) BERHAD ("EAT" OR THE "COMPANY") CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY |
| The Board of Directors of EAT wishes to announce that the following changes made to the composition of the Remuneration Committee ("RC") with effect from 2 October 2017:- a) Dato' Kamaruzzaman Bin Abu Kassim has been appointed as Chairman of RC.
b) Ahamad Bin Mohamad has resigned as Chairman of RC.
c) Md Tamyes Bin Hj A.Rahim has resigned as member of RC.
Following the above changes, the new composition of RC of the Company is as follows:
1. Dato' Kamaruzzaman Bin Abu Kassim - Chairman
2. Datuk Anuar Bin Ahmad - Member
