Engie : Announcement to the Market -EBE is still included in ISE 2018

Florianópolis, November 24, 2017 - ENGIE BRASIL ENERGIA S.A ("Company") (B3: EGIE3, ADR: EGIEY) announces to shareholders and the market in general that it continues to be a component of the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) of B3 - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão S.A.. EBE's equities have been included in the ISE portfolio since inception.

The new portfolio will be in effect from January 8, 2018 to January 4, 2019 and will incorporate 33 shares of 30 companies out of a total of 344, or 8.7%, of the companies listed on the B3.

The index reflects the average return from a theoretical portfolio of shares of those listed companies enjoying the best environmental, social and governance practices. Since its creation in 2005, ISE has recorded a return of 181.5% compared with the 133.4% for the Ibovespa over the same period.
