Industrials Edge Up Amid Growth Bias - Industrials Roundup

Shares of industrial and transportation companies rose, but not by as much as the broad market, as traders rotated into growth sectors from value sectors such as industrials.

The Federal Reserve will not raise rates until inflation materializes, said Fed Chairman Jerome Powell, in congressional testimony.

Democrats and Republicans who are negotiating the final details of a roughly $1 trillion infrastructure proposal are weighing methods to pay for the measure without raising additional revenue from the gas tax or fees on electric vehicles, ideas opposed by the White House.
