Snyk Ltd., a Boston-based cloud-native application security provider, said Atlassian Ventures and Salesforce Ventures added $75 million to the company's Series F round, pushing its valuation to $8.6 billion. A few weeks ago, Snyk said it raised $530 million in Series F funding co-led by Sands Capital Ventures and Tiger Global Management.

Materialize, a New York-based streaming SQL database company, collected $60 million in Series C funding. Redpoint Ventures led the investment, which included support from Kleiner Perkins and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
