Vishay High-Isolation Optocouplers Available at TTI

Fort Worth, Texas - April 14, 2021 - TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, is now stocking the CNY65 series of Optocouplers from Vishay. These components are designed for switching power supplies, linear receivers and circuit protection applications.

Vishay's new CNY65 family of High-Isolation Optocouplers consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4-pin plastic package. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for highest safety requirements of > 3 mm and are rated for recurring peak voltage (repetitive) VIORM = 1450 Vpeak.
