Voyager Life PLC - Perth, Scotland developer of hemp=based products - On Thursday completes acquisition of Amphora Health Ltd, a London-based CBD wellness brand. Over the coming months, Voyager says it will begin manufacturing Amphora-branded products, particularly its range of CBD oil and vapour products. Amphora's oils are validated by the UK Food Standards Agency novel foods list. In exchange, Voyager has issued Amphora 416,666 new shares in the company at a price of 12.00 pence each, roughly GBP50,000. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the Aquis Exchange on Wednesday.
Current stock price: Flat at 11.00 pence per share on the Aquis exchange.
