SAO PAULO, June 29 (Reuters) - Brazilian truck rental company Vamos said on Thursday it has priced a follow-on share offering at 11.00 reais per share, raising 868.2 million reais ($179.26 million) to boost its organic growth.
That represents a 6% discount from its Wednesday close of 11.69 reais per share.
The move also included the sale of 39.46 million shares by controller Simpar, Vamos added in a securities filing, which took the total amount of the offering to 1.3 billion reais. ($1 = 4.8433 reais) (Reporting by Gabriel Araujo; Editing by Steven Grattan)
