MIDDLEFIELD REIT INDEXPLUS ETF - CAD Middlefield Group announced the monthly distributions of $0.065 per trust unit of REIT INDEXPLUS Income Fund for first quarter of 2013. The dividends will be payable on February 15, 2013, March 15, 2013 and April 15, 2013 to the record holders on January 31, 2013, February 28, 2013 and March 31, 2013 respectively.
