(Alliance News) - The real estate segment is the worst on Wednesday in Milan's Piazza Affari, with the index marking a minus 3.8 percent.

Doing worst of all is IGD, down 5.0 percent, which pays duty after the release of Tuesday's accounts. The company disclosed Tuesday that it had ended 2023 with a net loss of EUR81.73 million, specifying that it was discounting higher fair value changes and financial charges. For the full year, recurring net income (FFO) was EUR55.4 million, down more than 17 percent from 2022.

In any case, the company pointed out that the result is higher than the guidance communicated to the market last November, which predicted a year-end FFO of around EUR53 million.

Restart, on the other hand, is giving up 2.0 percent. The stock-which has been missing the ex-dividend since 2007-closed on the watch with a green of 0.3 percent.

Trading in the positive, however, Compagnia Immobiliare Azionaria, which leads the price up 2.2%. The stock on a weekly basis lost nearly 30 percent.
