APPOINTMENT OF THE INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATOR

This announcement is made by 7Road Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules (the "Listing Rules") Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcements (the "Announcements") of the Company dated 28 March 2021, 30 March 2021 and 12 April 2021. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

APPOINTMENT OF THE INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATOR

On 26 April 2021, the Independent Committee appointed an independent third party investigator (the "Independent Investigator") to assist it with the Independent Investigation.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

As requested by the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 10:54 a.m. on 29 March 2021 until further notice.

Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company to inform the Shareholders and potential investors of any material development relating to the captioned matters as and when appropriate.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
