The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of AID Partners Capital Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') announces that Professor Lee Chack Fan, GBS, SBS, JP, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee of the Company with effect from 28 December 2015.
