ABans Enterprises Limited (BSE:512165) agreed to acquire the remaining 6.1% stake in Abans Jewels Limited from Siddhant Commercials Private Limited on March 1, 2024. Prior to the transaction, ABans Enterprises Limited (BSE:512165) held 93.9%. The 6.1% stake is equivalent to 0.2 million shares in Abans Jewels Limited.

The board of directors of ABans Enterprises has approved the transaction.
