PROJECT OLIMPIA GARDEN DELIVERIES AND DEEDS BEGIN

Milano, May 20th, 2021 - AbitareIn S.p.A. (the "Company"), a leading residential developer based in Milan, has started to deliver the first two buildings of the Olimpia Garden project.

Olimpia Garden is the first project of the "Prime Edition" product line realized by AbitareIn, a new kind of product that aims to offer for the first time the opportunity to buy an "aspirational" house in the entry-level segment.

The residential building, located in Milano in Corvetto area, rises in a urban context strongly affected by development and renewal processes, on the trajectory that connects the Olympic Village that will be built for the 2026 Winter Olympics and the Santa Giulia District, a scenario in continuous development, destined to become a new urban centrality.

Surrounded by greenery, with a wide private garden, the project is made by 160 apartments split into three buildings - of which 117 are currently completed and in delivery - and it's enriched by several common services like a fitness room, a reception, a shopping storage, a shipment and packages reception area.

All the apartments will be delivered on a turnkey basis with furniture solutions specifically designed by AbitareIn Interior Designers, to offer a product that well combine style and efficiency.
