ACCESS BANK BOTSWANA LIMITED NOTICE OF CLOSED PERIOD
Access Bank Botswana Limited "the Bank" has commenced preparation of the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023. The process will continue for a period that will not extend beyond March 31, 2024, by which time the financial results will have been published.
In line with good corporate governance and in compliance with Botswana Stock Exchange Listing rules, the Bank declares a closed period from January 1, 2024 to the date when the financial results are published.
During the closed period, the Bank's Directors, Management and Employees are prohibited from dealing in the Bank's securities until the financial results are published.
