(Stock code: 00474) DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR IN RELATION TO MAJOR TRANSACTION FOR ACQUISITION OF 75% EQUITY INTEREST IN TARGET COMPANY

Reference is made to the announcement of Hao Tian Development Group Limited dated 16 January 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to the SP Agreement pursuant to which the Purchaser conditionally agreed to purchase and the Vendor conditionally agreed to sell 750,000,000 Target Shares in aggregate, representing 75.00% of the total issued share capital of the Target Company. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular containing, among other matters, further details of the Acquisition and further information of the Target Group, was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 8 February 2017. As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise the information in the circular, it is expected that the date of despatch of the circular will be postponed to a date falling on or before 22 February 2017.
