Reference is made to the joint announcement (the ''Announcement'') published by Hao Tian Development Group Limited (''HTD'') and Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Limited (''HTICI'') on 12 July 2019 in relation to, among other things, the Acquisition and the issue of Consideration Shares under the HTICI General Mandate thereunder. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

Each of the HTD Board and the HTICI Board is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent to Completion had been fulfilled and Completion took place on 30 August 2019 pursuant to the terms of the SP Agreement.
