AES Industries, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Washoe Equipment, Inc. from Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. on October 17, 2022. The transaction is expected to close on November 10, 2022
Acuity Brands, Inc. is an industrial technology company. The Company uses technology to solve problems in spaces and light.
