Acumentis is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Jo Mikleus as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 December 2023.

Jo is a growth focused and customer-orientated C-Suite executive with over 30 years' experience in business and financial services. Her expertise spans public, private, and private equity-backed companies, where she has demonstrated a consistent ability to innovate and lead successfully through various challenges, including structural, technological, social, and regulatory changes.

Currently serving as Principal at Success2Significance, a boutique growth advisory specializing in business expansion, AI adoption, and customer-centric strategy, Jo has an impressive track record. Notably, as an Executive General Manager at Latitude, she led the strategic review and orchestrated the sale of its insurance business. Her role as Chief Risk Officer at Latitude in 2019 exemplified her mandate to bring risk innovation to the forefront. Prior experience includes being the CEO of fast-growing data firm RUBIX, and leading a range of large businesses at ANZ. She is a co-founder of the machine learning company CorticAi.

Jo is known for her strengths in driving growth and enhancing shareholder returns through innovation and a focus on customer design. Her strategic integration of data analytics and machine learning with business strategy consistently yields strong commercial outcomes.

Her current Board directorships include Yondr Money, a FinTech providing a customer-centric payments and loyalty alternative, CorticAi, an automated machine learning and natural language processing company, and The RegTech Association, the peak body focused on facilitating the building of higher performing, ethical, and compliant businesses through RegTech innovation and investment. Additionally, Jo is an advisor to several digital, female-led businesses, holds advisory board membership for Serendis Digital, acts as a judge for the Australian Technologies Competition (ATC), and is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW).
