Advan Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:7463) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 1,000,000 shares, representing 2.724498246% of its share capital (excluding treasury shares), for ¥1,200 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and implement flexible capital policy; as well as improve PBR and enhance shareholder returns.
The program will run until February 12, 2025. As of February 9, 2024, the company has 36,704,006 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 17,108,686 shares in treasury.
Advan Group Co Ltd, formerly Advan Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the import and sale of building finishing materials. The Company operates in three business segments.
