RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Directors of Advanced Integrated Manufacturing
Corp. Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 April 2012,
all resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice
of Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
Mr Lim Yeow Hua, an Independent Director of the Company, was
re-elected at the Annual General Meeting. He remains a
Non-executive and Independent Director of the Company as well
as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee, the Chairman of
the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit
Committee and is considered independent of management.
Dr Robert Henry Keith Sloan, an Independent Director of the
Company, was re-elected at the Annual General Meeting. He
remains a Non-executive and Independent Director of the
Company as well as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a
member of the Nominating Committee and the Remunerating
Committee and is considered independent of management.
