Advanced International Multitech Co., Ltd. (TPEX:8938) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 6,700,000 shares, representing 4.95% of its issued share capital for the total worth of TWD 3,377.3 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 60 per share to TWD 110 per share. The repurchased shares will be transferred to employees. The program will continue through November 22, 2021. As of September 22, 2021, the company had no shares in treasury.
ADVANCED GROUP is a Taiwan company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and sales of carbon fiber prepregs and carbon fiber products. The Company's main products include golf clubs and other golf equipment, golf balls and composite products. The Company is also involved in the manufacture, processing and sales of carbon fiber fabrics in the aerospace industry, as well as the import and export trading of golf related products and carbon fiber fabrics.
