Substantial Shareholder Notices

AED notes that it has received two substantial shareholder notices, one from Zebra Holdings and Investments S.å r.l., Zebra Holdings & Investments Guernsey Ltd and Carey Trustees Ltd as trustee of the Alumbrera Trust (a trust associated with trusts settled by the estate of the late Adolf H. Lundin) and one from Union Bancaire Privee (Bahamas) Limited and Impex Enterprises Limited.

Each substantial shareholder represents relevant interests of approximately 6% in the issued shares of AED.

AED welcomes these new substantial shareholders and believes that these holdings support the confidence that the directors have in the asset portfolio and future prospects of AED.
