AEDAS Homes, a leading listed homebuilder in Spain, recently presented the best results in company history for its fiscal year 2022-23, which ended on 31 March. The developer reported record figures thanks to a record number of deliveries to customers-3,544 homes- the highest delivery figure achieved by a homebuilder in Spain's current real estate cycle.

The very elevated number of handovers delivered strong financial results, generating record revenues of €920 million (up 20% over FY 2021-22) and net profit of €105 million (up 13%). Moreover, the company achieved an adjusted EBITDA of €164 million (up 10%).

"We've confirmed our ability to deliver strong results in times of economic uncertainty, and we've demonstrated that environmental and social responsibility pays off",explained David Martínez, CEO of AEDAS Homes, in the company's Integrated Annual Report.

Strong financial position

TheAEDAS Homes Integrated Annual Report highlights the company's solid financial footing, reflected in €245 million in liquidity, and net financial debt of €297 million with a diversified structure, mostly with long-term maturity and nearly 65% of its debt at a fixed rate.

Looking ahead, the company enjoys very strong visibility over future revenues, putting it in a position to break the €1 billion revenue barrier both this current fiscal year 2023-24 and next year, in 2024-25.
