Alpha Ventures A.E. and Aktor SA signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 14.9% stake in AEGEK S.A. (ATSE:AEGEK) on April 19, 2013. Alpha Ventures A.E. will acquire 9.91% stake in AEGEK S.A. while Aktor SA will acquire 4.99% stake in AEGEK S.A for €0.2 million. The closing of the transaction and the signing of the relevant documentation is expected to take place by May 31, 2013.
