AEON REIT Investment Corporation hereby announces that AEON Reit Management Co., Ltd. (the "Asset Management Company") to which the Investment Corporation entrusts the management of its assets, decided at the Board of Directors Meeting held today to propose the Election of Directors to shareholders as a purpose of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 25, 2023 based on Article 319, Paragraph

1 of the Companies Act, including scheduled Change of Directors. Details are as follows:
