African Rainbow Minerals Limited announced that with effect from February 14, 2017, Mr. Thando Mkatshana, an Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as Chief Executive of ARM Platinum, and Mr. Francois Uys has been appointed as Chief Executive of ARM Copper and ARM Coal. Mr. Mkatshana remains an Executive Director of the company.
