Explanations
It has been decided in the Extraordinary General Meeting of our subsidiary Anadolu Kartal Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş. dated 23.12.2019 that its capital will be increased from TL120,000,000 to TL286,000,000. As such, according to our Board decision dated 23.12.2019, it has been decided to participate fully in this increase of TL 166,000,000 in lieu of our receivables that emerged due to previous cash loans extended.
We proclaim that our above disclosure is in conformity with the principles set down in "Material Events Communiqué" of Capital Markets Board, and it fully reflects all information coming to our knowledge on the subject matter thereof, and it is in conformity with our books, records and documents, and all reasonable efforts have been shown by our Company in order to obtain all information fully and accurately about the subject matter thereof, and we're personally liable for the disclosures.
