Kulmbach, 7 March 2013: AGOAG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN: DE000A0LR415) has closed the sale of its power plant in Alperstedt. The sale contract with Energiecontracting Heidelberg GmbH had been signed in September 2012. Among other things, it was subject to antitrust approval. AGOAG uses the proceeds from the sale to reduce its bank debt.
