On May 19, 2017, Agro Capital Management Corp. received a written letter of resignation from Christopher Xavier Dorairaj stating that he resigned, effective immediately from his position as Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the company as well as from his position on the Board of Directors (the Board") of the company. Mr. Dorairaj resigned to pursue other business opportunities and not as a result of any dispute or disagreement with the company.

On May 19, 2017, the Board of the company appointed Badurul Hisam Bin Samsuddin to the Board in order to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Dorairaj. The Board of the company also appointed Mr. Samsuddin as Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the company. Mr. Samsuddin, age 29, has more than five years of experience in Islamic capital markets during his tenure as a manager with an Islamic asset management company in Malaysia from 2010 to 2016.
