Oslo, 12 December 2022: An extraordinary general meeting of Ice Group ASA was held on Monday 12 December 2022 at 11:00 CET. All proposals for resolutions from the board, including payment of the liquidation dividend, were adopted as proposed. The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting are attached.

The liquidation payment is expected to be paid on 16 December 2016. The Company will file for final liquidation after payment of the liquidation dividend.
