Aiphone Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6718) agreed to acquire TESYIO TECHNOLOGY INC. on December 28, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete on January 30, 2023.
Aiphone Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6718) completed the acquisition of TESYIO TECHNOLOGY INC. on January 30, 2023. TESYIO TECHNOLOGY became a subsidiary of Aiphone Co.
Aiphone Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of telecommunications equipment. The Company is involved in the manufacture and sale of products in five geographic business segments including Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, North America and Europe. The Companyâs main products consist of detached houses systems, collective housing systems, medical and welfare facilities systems, offices and factories systems. In addition, the Company also provides installation, contract and repair services for its products. The Companyâs main products include television door phone, VIXUS, raku touch, security television door phone recording 1& 3, NFX, NBM-DN and others. In addition, the Company is engaged in the software development business.
