Subject: Resolutions on Election of Chairman and Appointment of Subcommittee Members To: President,

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT") held the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, January 27, 2017 where the Shareholders' Meeting resolved to

re-appoint 5 directors to retire by rotation namely, Mr. Prasong Poontaneat, Mr. Manit Nitiprateep,

Mr. Sarawut Benjakul, Mr. Manas Jamveha and Police Lieutenant General Manu Mekmok for another term of service.

In addition, the Board of Directors, at AOT's Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2017 held on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel, passed the following resolutions:

  1. Elect Mr. Prasong Poontaneat to be a Chairman of AOT's Board of Directors , effective from January 27, 2017 onwards.

  2. Appoint Mr. Manit Nitiprateep to continue being a member of the Audit Committee, effective from January 27, 2017 onwards, thus comprising:

    1. Air Marshal Prakit Skunasingha Chairman (Independent Director)

    2. Mr. Manit Nitiprateep Member (Independent Director)

    3. Mr. Wara Tongprasin Member (Independent Director)

    4. Appoint Mr. Manit Nitiprateep to continue being a Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from January 27, 2017 onwards, thus comprising:

      1. Mr. Manit Nitiprateep Chairman (Independent Director)

      2. Squadron Leader Prajak Sajjasophon Member (Independent Director)

      3. Mrs. Rawewan Netrakavesna Member (Independent Director)

      4. Appoint Mr. Manas Jamveha to continue being a member of the Risk Management Committee, thus comprising:

        1. Squadron Leader Prajak Sajjasophon Chairman (Independent Director)

        2. Mr. Manas Jamveha Member (Independent Director)

        3. Mr. Wara Tongprasin Member (Independent Director)

        4. President Member and Secretary

          5. Please be informed accordingly.
