Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited Announces Appointment of Jirabhop Bhuridej as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 12/2023 on, 25 October 2023 at AOT Meeting Room 1, 6th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Meeting resolved to assign authority to Chairman of AOT Board of Directors to consider the appointment of an AOT director, replacing the resigned director, in any subcommittee pursuant to AOT Articles of Association.

In this regard, Chairman of AOT Board of Directors has appointed Police Lieutenant General Jirabhop Bhuridej, AOT Independent Director, to be Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, effective from 6 November 2023 onwards. Therefore, the composition of the Remuneration Committee is as follows: Police Lieutenant General Jirabhop Bhuridej Chairman (Independent Director), Miss Supawan Tanomkieatipume Member (Independent Director) and Mr. Phantong Loykulnanta Member.
