Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, 24 January 2020 at Suvarnabhumi Grand Ballroom, Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel. The Meeting passed the resolution on Agenda 5: To elect new directors in replacement of those who retired by rotation, approving the election of Mr. Prasong Poontaneat as AOT director for another term. AOT, therefore, would like to inform that AOT Board of Directors resolved to elect Mr. Prasong Poontaneat as AOT Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from 24 January 2020 onwards.
