Aisan Technology Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4667) agreed to acquire Akihaka Co., Ltd. on October 13, 2023. Akihaka Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥145 million, net assets of ¥138 million, Sales of ¥97 million, operating income of ¥18 million, and Net Income of ¥14 million on March 31, 2023. The stock transfer execution date is January 5, 2024.
